Nutritional Coaching for Homeschool Moms
Are you like me and have struggled with your weight at some point in your life? Maybe it’s been during pregnancy, after pregnancy, or just life in general. As homeschool moms it’s easy to put our families first and forget to take care of our nutrition. If you’re longing to get into your pre-pregnancy clothes, there is hope. Or if over the years you’ve gained a few unwanted pounds and just desire to eat healthier and lose some weight, there is hope.

I’ll teach you how to make good food choices at home – cooking real food. I also have the freedom to go out to eat with my kids and husband and not feel deprived . . . and so can you! This is something you can take with you for the rest of your life and pass on to your family. Let’s face it: we’ll be dealing with food for the rest of our lives.

At our first meeting I will give you my personal tips for my weight loss success, begin meal planning, go grocery shopping with you and give you some of my favorite recipes. And don’t forget to bring your walking shoes because we’ll get a walk in, too! I am currently working with one of our very own SCA moms who has already lost 14 lbs. in just a few weeks!!!
