Field
Trip Policy
Please check your calendar before signing up for
a field trip. SCA gives a head count and
prepayment on field trips which makes refunds
very difficult. In some cases there are no refunds.
Some field trips have number limitations, so please
call your team leader ASAP if you find out you
are unable to attend. There could be a waiting
list and you may be able to get a refund. It is
your responsibility to call your team leader if
you aren't able to make a field trip (even if
it is free). This is the courteous thing to do
so that others do not wait for you. See page 15
in the SCA handbook for more field trip information.
